If there is one thing that I have learned about life, it is that you rarely end up doing what you plan to do. I have so many friend who would feel the same way if I asked them. We all thought we knew what we wanted to do when we started school, but over time, the things that we valued changed and the availability of jobs became a reality. I went to school for fashion design and always wanted to work on my own fashion line. However, I now work in manikin photography after getting into photography on my own when I was in my twenties. I have a friend who went to school for business, only to go back to school for biology and later on to veterinary school. She loves her job as a vet and would not trade it for the world now that she is in.
